- All wands are priced exactly the same as they would be if you saw us at any of the Renaissance festivals, Faerie convocations, art shows, wizard/witch assemblies, magic conventions, or any other event. The only difference is you pay shipping - $9.00 per wand.
- Yes, we could raise the price for each wand and say we have "free shipping" - but what's the point of that? If you're local to us (Columbia, Maryland) or if you want to meet us at an event we're attending, you can pick it up for free. Why should you pay for shipping if you don't need to? We'd prefer to be honest in our dealings with customers about costs rather than raise prices so we can offer something "free."
- No refunds after the wand creation process has begun.
- Warrior wands are ONLY made from American hard ("Rock") maple. Different woods respond differently to electrocution, and our experiments have led us to the conclusion that maple is the optimum wood to be used for this type of wand. Requests for this technique to be applied to other types of woods will result in an automatic refund of the purchase.
- There are products we have at events that are not listed here; that's usually due to the fact that shipping costs make the overall price unreasonable for those items, or the woods are unique enough (that's "difficult to obtain and insanely expensive") that we don't want to list them as wand options. That includes wooden weapons, walking sticks, holiday specialties, and a handful of other items.
- Like the rest of the world, wood suppliers sometimes have supply chain issues right now. It is unlikely but possible that your chosen wood / wand is unavailable and we haven't had a chance to update the website yet. If that's the case, we'll let you know ASAP to work out a solution.
